P'Osez l'Instant

P'Osez l'Instant ("Enjoy your break") is a multi-service café, part of the 1000 cafés network since 2024. It offers residents a whole range of local services: catering, coffee, groceries, bakery points, but also press and tobacco. Come and meet the couple of managers, committed to developing a local business in the rural village of Baccon, which has long been deprived of it. For the 1000 cafés initiative, the observation is simple: 26,000 municipalities in France have no or no more cafés, i.e. no more places of conviviality, no more places for services, no more local links. . However, for a large majority of the inhabitants, it is an emblematic and unifying place in the village, a strong part of its identity.
