- par Les Ateliers de MA - Créer un Mandala permet de retrouver l’équilibre, l’harmonie, l’apaisement et le calme intérieur quand les pensées toxiques nous contrarient, quand les émotions négatives nous bouleversent. Cela nous aide à nous recentrer, à ne plus nous éparpiller. Plus globalement le mandala donne à notre existence cohérence, harmonie et paix. Matériel fourni
